Warehouse Team Leader

Lead and support the warehouse team on the night shift to deliver on-time, in-full service for customers. Oversee daily warehouse activities including picking accuracy, stock control, and loading/unloading schedules. Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and office teams, investigate stock discrepancies, damages, and breakages, and ensure health and safety is central to every warehouse procedure. Drive a respectful, productive team environment through briefings, recognition, and continuous improvement.
