  • •Provide high-quality vehicle repair to deliver a great customer experience at AG CARS.
  • •Fix vehicles “right first” and perform multi-brand service as per company standards.
  • •Work under pressure with targets for productive efficiency.
  • •Take responsibility for improving technical skill competence to enhance branch productivity.
  • •Continuously learn through on-job activities and improve existing job processes to increase productivity and technical efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Education/industrial training in Automobile or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (High School + 5 years in an automobile workshop, or Industrial Training + 3 years, or Diploma + 2 years).
  • •Basic Mechanical/Electrical knowledge applicable to vehicle repair.
  • •Familiarity with appropriate workshop equipment and tools and ability to work with them.
  • •Ability to read and analyze drawings and schematics and reference service manuals to understand mechanical installation information.
  • •Experience performing work in an automobile workshop setting.
