Key Responsibilities

•Independently own and execute end-to-end full-cycle recruiting searches across all professional levels, including complex and senior corporate/specialist searches.
•Partner with hiring managers as a strategic talent advisor by designing targeted search strategies and navigating challenging candidate markets and high-level offer negotiations.
•Drive process excellence and governance by improving workflow efficiency, holding partners accountable, identifying pipeline bottlenecks, and executing workflows autonomously.
•Use market mapping and historical data (including Greenhouse reports and dashboards) to influence hiring teams and support recruiting goals and projections.
•Mentor junior recruiters on advanced workflow technologies and AI tools, and coach teams to assess company values accurately and without bias.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth corporate environment, professional agency, or fast-paced global company.
•Industry background in retail, sports goods, fashion, lifestyle, and luxury (preferred).
•Proven ability to independently manage a complex, multi-level portfolio of searches and collaborate with senior functional leaders.
•Advanced TA capability, including proactive talent market mapping, tailored candidate pitches, and sophisticated compensation negotiations.
•Strong analytical capabilities using recruiting metrics (e.g., Forecast Accuracy, Time-to-Hire, Candidate/HM NPS) to influence business decisions.
