Job Summary

As an APC Support Engineer, provide on-site technical support for APC systems, perform deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting to maximize system performance and customer satisfaction. You will be the primary technical resource, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and reporting to the Engineering Manager from our Santiago, Chile location on a hybrid schedule. You’ll enhance reliability and customer relationships through expert service and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for APC systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement solutions effectively.
•Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of APC products at customer sites.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
•Minimum of 3 years of experience in on-site customer support or technical support roles, preferably with APC systems or related technologies
•Strong knowledge of APC products and their applications in customer environments
•Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, system configuration, and network fundamentals to support APC solutions effectively
•Experience with diagnostic tools and software relevant to APC systems and customer support
