•Ensure products comply with industry standards and company specifications.
•Identify and report quality issues and work with production staff to implement corrective actions.

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in quality control, preferably in a sawmill or wood products industry.
•High school diploma or equivalent, with quality control training or certification as a plus.
•Strong attention to detail to identify defects and quality issues.
•Understanding of wood products, grading standards, and quality control processes.
•Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
