Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate implementation of new Visa products by aligning key client and Visa teams to accelerate readiness and time to value.
  • •Ensure client operational goals and success metrics are understood for the client’s overall Visa product landscape.
  • •Execute against forward-looking Client Success Plans to track adoption and performance, building a trusted advocate status with client stakeholders.
  • •Drive initiatives that improve product adoption using Visa self-service tools.
  • •Serve as escalation point for significant issues and major incident/crisis responses when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree (or at least 2 years with an advanced degree; or 0 years with a PhD).
  • •Experience analyzing data and translating findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • •Experience using standard Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • •Experience representing technical and/or business issues and solutions to influence audiences at multiple organizational levels.
  • •Knowledge of the payment industry (trends, threats, competitors, and regulatory environments).
