Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet guests, present menus, and provide recommendations or descriptions of menu items.
  • •Take accurate food and beverage orders, noting special requests or dietary restrictions.
  • •Enter orders into the point-of-sale system and coordinate promptly with kitchen and bar staff.
  • •Serve food and beverages timely and courteously; check back during the meal and address concerns.
  • •Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and adhere to health and safety and proper food-handling practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years working experience as a waiter/food service role.
  • •2 years relevant working experience.
  • •2 years GCC working experience is a plus.
  • •High school diploma in a food and beverage related course.
  • •Knowledge of menu offerings to describe dishes and provide recommendations to guests.
