Collaborate across design, test, and physical FA to improve yield and product development, and contribute to new product release work (10–20%) including yield issue analysis, corrective actions, and qualification.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform digital failure analysis and root cause analysis by integrating test and characterization data, DFT-enabled observability, volume scan diagnosis, and targeted physical analysis.
•Use ATPG-generated test vectors and scan diagnostics to systematically isolate failure mechanisms and enable corrective action across yield, quality, and product development.
•Conduct VLSI and silicon debug to analyze digital circuitry behavior, timing interactions, and failure modes; correlate electrical characterization with design netlist and layout.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with design, test, physical FA, product engineers, and fab process engineers to improve yield based on Digital FA findings.
•Support product ownership (10–20%) by analyzing production yield issues, implementing corrective actions, and collaborating to qualify and release new products to production.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related degree.
•5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
•Experience with DFT and ATPG for SoC or ASIC designs.
•Experience using industry-standard DFT/ATPG EDA tools.
•Familiarity with VLSI and a solid grasp of digital design fundamentals.
