Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate client transactions and maintain proper handling of assigned monies while delivering a high-quality customer experience. Cross-train to support sales and service activities, including outbound calling and helping clients with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Educate customers on digital, self-service banking solutions such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, while following internal controls and risk management policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a distinctive client experience by conducting complex and standardized transactions and uncovering client needs while maintaining accurate records.
•Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
•Support the sales process through outbound calls, identifying client offers and needs, and referring clients to appropriate branch team members or specialists.
•Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) principles to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ unique needs.
•Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; handle secondary duties for new account openings and problem resolution.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent education.
•Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
•Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
•Ability to master PC keyboard/software skills and basic computer applications (including Microsoft Office), multi-task under time constraints, and work weekends/extended hours as needed.
