Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate processing of client transactions and maintain proper handling of assigned monies while delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience. Educate customers on digital self-service solutions such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Cross-train to support sales and service through outbound calling, identify offers and client needs, and support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities, including new account openings and problem resolution.
