Key Responsibilities

  • •Source and manage a supply base aligned to 3-year strategy plans and product roadmaps.
  • •Define and implement supplier performance and development strategies to support category growth and manage risk.
  • •Maintain supplier performance transparency using Supplier Scorecard metrics and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • •Support innovation and new product development via supplier due diligence, competitive intelligence, and supplier qualification.
  • •Manage RFQ/RFP processes and supplier negotiations, including should-cost analyses, launch planning, and commercial agreements.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
  • •More than 2 years of sourcing and supplier development experience.
  • •Experience working with suppliers in the soft goods industry (strongly preferred).
  • •Existing supplier relationships applicable to relevant categories (e.g., soft goods, hard goods).
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills; ability to travel up to 50% internationally.
