Job Summary

Strategically source and manage a world-class supplier base in Xiamen, supporting Food & Beverage and other categories through supplier performance, development, and risk management. Lead supplier scorecards and Quarterly Business Reviews, facilitate innovation for new product development, and run competitive intelligence, due diligence, and RFQ/RFP negotiations. Conduct should-cost analyses, create supplier launch plans, and execute commercial agreements in a highly cross-functional role.

Key Responsibilities

•Source and manage a supply base aligned to 3-year strategy plans and product roadmaps.
•Define and implement supplier performance and development strategies to support category growth and manage risk.
•Maintain supplier performance transparency using Supplier Scorecard metrics and Quarterly Business Reviews.
•Support innovation and new product development via supplier due diligence, competitive intelligence, and supplier qualification.
•Manage RFQ/RFP processes and supplier negotiations, including should-cost analyses, launch planning, and commercial agreements.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
•More than 2 years of sourcing and supplier development experience.
•Experience working with suppliers in the soft goods industry (strongly preferred).
•Existing supplier relationships applicable to relevant categories (e.g., soft goods, hard goods).
•Excellent written and verbal communication, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills; ability to travel up to 50% internationally.
