Key Responsibilities

  • •Govern the day-to-day administration, configuration, access, availability, and performance of financial systems, ERP finance modules, and reporting applications.
  • •Lead ERP maintenance, enhancement, and optimization to ensure configurations, workflows, and integrations support approved finance policies.
  • •Support project accounting and cost control through systems for budgets, commitments, actual costs, accruals, cost allocation, forecasting, and project reporting.
  • •Develop and maintain financial, management, and project reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytics for timely decision-making.
  • •Establish data governance for finance master data (chart of accounts, cost/profit centers, projects, vendors, customers, currencies) and maintain internal controls, audit trails, and compliance workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •8-10+ years of experience in financial systems, ERP finance, financial reporting, project accounting, or related disciplines.
  • •3-5+ years of managerial/team-lead experience owning finance-system governance, implementation, optimization, and stakeholder coordination.
  • •Hands-on support of major ERP and reporting platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, plus enterprise reporting tools.
  • •Strong knowledge of general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, consolidation, management accounting, and financial close processes.
  • •Experience strengthening master data, system access controls, workflows, internal controls, audit support, and finance-process efficiency.
