Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute master data maintenance activities across assigned domains while ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • •Support MDM initiatives and data governance programs by following established standards and processes.
  • •Create, update, validate, and maintain product and master data within enterprise systems; ensure timely data syndication to Eaton.com, AEM, and distributor systems.
  • •Identify data quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to close data gaps.
  • •Monitor data health using analytics, improve MDM processes/tools/workflows, and support AEM/PDH integration with Eaton.com & order center; mentor junior analysts/stewards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • •Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Master Data Management, Product Data Management, Data Governance, or related business operations.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in master data management.
  • •Experience in Advanced Excel (must) and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • •Good to have knowledge of Stibo; Power BI and SQL are good to have.
