Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the recognised SME for Thailand payroll implementations.
  • •Lead payroll discovery workshops and advise customers on legislation and best practice.
  • •Work with Product and Engineering to validate payroll configuration.
  • •Lead payroll testing, parallel runs, payroll validation, and support go-live readiness and first payroll.
  • •Advise Sales/Presales on Thailand payroll requirements, identify legislative risks, and maintain implementation playbooks and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years processing and implementing Thailand payroll.
  • •Extensive hands-on experience operating Thailand payroll in-house.
  • •Expert knowledge of Thailand payroll legislation, tax, social insurance, and statutory reporting.
  • •Extensive experience with leading Thailand payroll engines (ideally Cadena).
  • •Must be based in Thailand, have the legal right to work in Thailand, and be fluent in English and Thai.
