Key Responsibilities

  • •Animate et manager une équipe, en pilotant les projets et en assurant l’intégration et le suivi des performances et des compétences des membres; entretiens professionnels et développement des compétences.
  • •Organiser et superviser les opérations de maintenance des infrastructures tramway et des systèmes, et veiller au respect des plans de maintenance et des documents constructeurs.
  • •Assurer les travaux de maintenance préventive et corrective de l’ensemble des installations permettant l’exploitation de la ligne de tramway, et veiller au bon fonctionnement des systèmes (DAT, SAEIV, vidéo, phonie, BIV, sonorisation).
  • •Veiller au respect des règles de sécurité et d’environnement, et faire appliquer les procédures de maintenance ; contrôler la conformité des interventions des sous-traitants.
  • •Utiliser le système de Gestion de Maintenance Assistée par Ordinateur (GMAO) pour renseigner les fiches d’intervention et suivre les défaillances et les actions correctives.

  • •BAC+2 minimum; 7 to 10 years of experience in maintenance of low/strong current systems, ideally in railway environments; minimum 3 years of managerial experience; ability to lead and federate a team; valid driving license (Permis B; C is a plus).
