Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform security analysis of operational and development environments to assess compliance with industry and government standards.
  • •Lead Assessment and Authorization (A&A) processes under RMF for new and existing information systems.
  • •Develop and support security agreements and artifacts (MOU, ISA, RAL) and support Continuous Monitoring (CONMON).
  • •Oversee configuration management and conduct audits to maintain security posture integrity.
  • •Conduct risk assessments and investigations, execute risk mitigations, and oversee incident response activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Successfully complete Tier 5 Investigation (T5/SSBI) within the last 5 years or be enrolled in Continuous Vetting within the last 5 years.
  • •Active Full-Scope (FS) Polygraph.
  • •Hold a current certification to satisfy IAM Level III (CISSP, GSLC, or CISM).
  • •5+ years of experience applying cyber security policies and implementing Risk Management Framework (RMF) (e.g., DAAPM, CNSSI 1253, ICD-503, JSIG, or NIST SP 800 series).
  • •Meet Boeing Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process requirements.
