Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement F&B projects per client scope, including project planning, resource allocation, and quality standards.
  • •Maintain standard operations procedures across sites, ensuring policies and manuals are followed and approvals are obtained for changes.
  • •Drive brand curation by reviewing KPIs, customer feedback, and market trends; manage brand/cuisine/brand-mix targets and market relationships.
  • •Conduct decision-making and reporting: monitor operator performance weekly-monthly, run mystery shopper and quality audits, and complete monthly P&L reviews and action plans.
  • •Oversee H&S, cleaning, and maintenance, including monthly audits, deep cleaning schedules, preventive maintenance, and guest service quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years’ experience in the food services industry, with at least 7 years in the same position, preferably in a multi-unit company or high-end casual dining venue.
  • •Bachelor/TS/BS (or equivalent) in Luxury Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field; culinary science required.
  • •Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop a team.
  • •Ability to analyze P&L and financial reports (e.g., cost control) and manage budgeting/forecasting.
  • •Proficiency with business software and strong communication/interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
