Job Summary

Support daily branch operations by processing deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, ATM and night drop transactions while delivering exceptional customer service. Use strong product and fee knowledge to refer customers to appropriate banking services and resolve inquiries. Perform operational tasks such as GL reconciliation, vault/ATM balancing, wire processing, account research, and daily report review. Contribute to branch goals and help train and onboard new team members.

•Accurately process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, ATM, and night drop.
•Provide customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and referring customers to products and services based on financial goals.
•Perform operational and balancing tasks such as GL reconciliation, vault and ATM balancing, wire processing, holds/stop payments, monthly certifications, and account research.
•Review and verify daily reports assigned by Branch Management and assist with processing/scanning of daily teller work.
•Audit peer transactions, support branch goals, follow policies and procedures, and help train and onboard new team members.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of retail banking experience in a financial services industry.
•Strong background in Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) compliance and general banking skills.
•Working knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations including Regulation Z, Regulation B, Fair Housing Act, HMDA, RESPA, FCRA, AML/CIP, RFPA, and CRA.
•Intermediate math skills to calculate interest/percentages and balance accounts accurately.
•High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
