Personal Banker Associate I - Northwest (Central) Cincinnati

Support customers through a consultative, Financial Needs Assessment approach—building customer profiles, recommending retail consumer and small business solutions, and using approved marketing tools to set appointments. Engage in cross-selling and outside sales activities, partner with Business Partners for holistic referrals, and help deliver customer experience and production goals for Financial Center revenue growth. Complete a 4–8 week onboarding and certification program.
