•Identify, attract, and hire top-tier GTM talent across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
•Partner with Revenue Directors and VP-level stakeholders to calibrate profiles and provide market insights.
•Own full-cycle recruiting processes with data-driven communication and stakeholder management.
•Craft compelling candidate narratives and ensure a high-energy, seamless interview journey.
•Contribute to recruiting strategy and build talent pipelines through strategic sourcing and relationship-building.

•5 years+ experience in recruitment, primarily in-house; agency experience a plus

•Adaptability to pivot priorities in a fast-moving environment and maintain composure under pressure
