Key Responsibilities

  • •Clarify, challenge and shape business needs to maximise business value and ensure requirements support integration outcomes.
  • •Capture, analyse and document structured business requirements, ensuring shared understanding across stakeholders and delivery partners.
  • •Define and manage end-to-end scope, supporting governance and controlling scope/requirement changes.
  • •Maintain traceability from requirements through solution development, testing, implementation and handover to business-as-usual.
  • •Conduct business impact assessments and support testing/UAT, readiness, implementation and post-implementation support.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrable experience delivering business analysis within large-scale integration, migration or business transformation programmes.
  • •Diploma in Business Analysis or equivalent (e.g., BCS Diploma, IIBA Certifications).
  • •Knowledge across Standard Life products, processes, and systems.
  • •Experience supporting regulatory change and working with third parties would be beneficial.
