Job Summary

Lead TikTok’s EMEA IT Operations team responsible for stable, secure, and operationally effective IT and AV services across the region. Own infrastructure health, disaster recovery, and continuous improvement for LAN/WAN, wireless, and AV environments, drive SLA-focused escalation and ITSM governance, and improve observability with dashboards, alerts, and KPIs. Key Responsibilities

•Own the operational health, disaster recovery, and continuous improvement of EMEA IT infrastructure (LAN, WAN, wireless, AV) to ensure high availability and business continuity.
•Govern technical escalations and drive SLA accountability, resolution quality, and technical boundaries across internal business-line teams.
•Drive regional observability and service performance using real-time dashboards, alert refinement, and KPIs to optimize capacity and decision-making.
•Lead infrastructure hygiene, vulnerability remediation, and change governance (CAB) including proactive patching, policy compliance, and audit-ready traceability.
•Build automation frameworks and manage agentic AI workflows for baseline IT operations, including ticket triage, monitoring responses, routine remediation, and service coordination.

Key Requirements

•3+ years running enterprise IT infrastructure teams across multi-site, multi-country environments supporting thousands of end users.
•Subject matter expertise in infrastructure management, including networking (LAN/WAN, wired/wireless, routing, SD-WAN, VPN), scripting/automation, monitoring, comms rooms, and AV/workplace technology operations.
•Strong ITIL competency, including CAB participation, incident escalation, and infrastructure governance.
•Demonstrated experience managing internal or external technical service partners with ownership of SLAs, escalation paths, and cross-team accountability for outcomes.
•Comfort working through ambiguity and continual change with pragmatism; strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
