HR Generalist (zastępstwo na czas urlopu macierzyńskiego)

Provide end-to-end HR support as the first point of contact for employees, handling HR administration, employment documentation, and recurring HR reporting. Manage employee benefits (including private medical care, life insurance, and MultiSport) and support managers and employees with HR policies, procedures, and Polish labor law. Coordinate onboarding for new hires, assist with select recruitment processes, and work with an external payroll provider to ensure accurate, timely payroll data.
