Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage flow of goods from suppliers/factories to distribution centers and production plants, ensuring demand is met and deliveries are on time.
  • •Maintain purchase order book by reviewing overdue/unconfirmed/open orders and rescheduling as needed.
  • •Maintain accurate purchasing data in SAP to ensure correct and timely PO processing.
  • •Serve as first escalation point and allocate stock based on approved requests.
  • •Serve as key user for SAP and Kinaxis, resolve blocked invoices, track KPIs, and support CI actions including RCA.

Key Requirements
