Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Tax leadership to re-engineer compliance, risk identification, and global reporting into automated AI-first workflows using CoCo/CoWork agentic tools.
  • •Write and iterate prompt and skill structures (YAML + Markdown) based on output quality and stakeholder feedback.
  • •Build unified tax data and knowledge layers, support risk assessment models, and implement compliance reporting pipelines.
  • •Own semantic layers end-to-end (model design, versioning, verified query coverage, eval-driven accuracy iteration) and develop tax dashboards as Streamlit apps deployed to Snowflake.
  • •Automate tax filing-cycle reporting, build and maintain source-of-truth reporting exports (multi-tab Excel), and support ad-hoc disclosure and tax audit data needs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 163,000 - 214,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or a technical finance-adjacent role.
  • •Used an AI coding assistant as a primary development tool (daily usage) and can steer prompts to production-ready output.
  • •Strong SQL skills including window functions and incremental pipeline patterns.
  • •Shipped multiple Python applications with end-user interaction and at least one maintained in production.
  • •Comfortable working in Git (PRs, branches, code review) and familiar with fiscal year concepts and core revenue metrics (ARR, bookings, NRR).
