Own end-to-end development of commercial and Global Business Services (GBS) launch readiness programs that drive Stripe revenue. Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives—often first-of-their-kind—aligning sales, pricing, legal, finance, product, and service teams. Support custom commercial deal motions, build launch enablement and communications, and act as a change agent by surfacing systemic gaps and proposing root-cause solutions.
