•Help teach training content through roleplay and coaching; support store associates’ training and complete quarterly personal development goal-setting.
•Deliver coaching and feedback using company tools and maintain an open, solution-oriented approach to feedback.
•Ensure the store follows visual guidelines and delivers a consistent superior client experience using client books, thank you cards, and event strategies.
