Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Games leadership to develop and refine the division’s strategy, priorities, and long-range plan.
  • •Lead strategic analyses and develop investment frameworks guiding portfolio and transaction decisions.
  • •Build and lead the data and analytics strategy, including KPI architecture and dashboards/scorecards for performance visibility.
  • •Lead deal strategy, financial modeling, and scenario/sensitivity analyses for major games deals, partnering with Finance, Legal, and Business Affairs.
  • •Own the operating rhythm through leadership meetings, business reviews, planning cycles, scorecards, and cross-functional performance reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 250,000 - 325,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in corporate strategy, strategic finance, business operations, management consulting, investment banking, or corporate development.
  • •Track record leading complex strategic and financial analyses and translating them into recommendations for senior executives.
  • •Advanced financial modeling experience evaluating investments, partnerships, or complex commercial transactions.
  • •Experience developing business strategies, long-range plans, and executive-level presentations.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics (or related) or equivalent professional experience.
