Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop tailored strategies and business models and support clients in addressing challenges in a VUCA world.
  • •Assume responsibility for one or more project modules or lead smaller projects, including developing project structure and solutions.
  • •Directly interact with clients at management level and maintain open communication across all levels.
  • •Guide module teams (clients and colleagues), ensuring coordination and delivery.
  • •Prepare and hold client presentations, support Project Manager preparations for meetings, and lead client interviews.

Key Requirements

  • •4–6 years’ strategy consulting experience or 5–8 years in relevant industry roles, ideally including investor support (due diligence) or industries such as healthcare, energy, transportation, telco, media, or tech.
  • •Outstanding academic credentials; MBA from a top-tier institution is an advantage.
  • •Experience with emerging markets, including Southeast Asia.
  • •Extremely strong interpersonal and communication skills, with leadership potential and the ability to work in teams.
  • •Excellent English and Thai language skills (written and verbal), plus an ability to travel.
