Key Responsibilities

  • •Underwrite and monitor credit, identifying risks or issues and escalating concerns as needed.
  • •Draft credit approval memos including company/industry descriptions, credit risks, historical analysis, and base/downside projection assumptions and terms.
  • •Complete ongoing portfolio monitoring such as covenant tracking, financial statement reviews, and running risk rating models.
  • •Verify covenants, update ticklers, track past-due/out-of-compliance covenants, and recommend appropriate course of action.
  • •Prepare portfolio and pipeline reporting, including Criticized Period Review reports with oversight, and maintain accurate, timely credit data across internal systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting).
  • •2+ years of commercial banking credit analysis experience.
  • •Sound financial and risk analysis understanding, including the ability to develop financial models.
  • •Extensive knowledge of banking products and services.
  • •Proficiency in internal banking applications and Microsoft Office; strong verbal and written communication skills.
