  • •Manage cross-functional teams and contractor/supplier work on site, ensuring adherence to Eaton’s Contractor Safety Program.
  • •Mentor and train key individuals; evaluate alternate manufacturing processes and develop equipment technical specifications and project scenarios.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in program management, or a combination of program management with operations/OpEx/manufacturing engineering or facilities experience.
  • •Minimum of ten (10) years of work in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience managing complex programs such as construction, production line moves, capacity expansions, and footprint rationalizations.
  • •Demonstrated project management methodologies, processes, and tools, with strong communication and leadership skills.
