Warehouse Team Leader

Lead day-to-day warehouse operations in Farnborough, ensuring teams deliver to customers on time and in full. You’ll supervise operatives across late and night shift patterns, coordinate closely with transport and office teams, and help drive site objectives. The role places health and safety at the forefront of warehouse procedures while delivering a high-quality service tailored to customer needs. Reporting to the Warehouse Shift Manager, you’ll also bring essential FLT capability.
