Sanitation Technician - 2nd shift

Clean and sanitize process equipment to support safe food manufacturing and packaging quality products. Follow the Master Sanitation Schedule, perform housekeeping, and operate powered cleaning and plant equipment while maintaining safety, hygiene, and required PPE. Disassemble/reassemble production equipment as needed, mix and handle chemical concentrates, and support spill containment, pest activity reporting, and Continuous Improvement initiatives (5S). Work independently with minimal supervision and complete training including allergen elimination, GMPs, and Lock-out Tag-out/BBP.
