Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage project commissions, ensuring end-to-end service delivery for large or complex projects
  • •Act as the day-to-day client interface to ensure objectives are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • •Establish project governance, processes and systems to be used throughout the project
  • •Prepare and maintain schedules, including the master project plan and progress reports
  • •Develop and implement resource plans and procurement of resources, and lead the cross-functional project team

Key Requirements

  • •NEC (3/4) accreditation (preferred)
  • •Chartered/qualified with ICE, APM, RICS etc (preferred)
  • •degree-qualified in a construction related subject
