Key Responsibilities

•Design and maintain lightweight SDKs, dashboards, and CI/PR checks that surface key performance metrics (LCP, INP, CLS).
•Embed OpenTelemetry standards and extend data pipelines that ingest billions of real-user events daily.
•Partner with platform and infrastructure teams to enable low-overhead metric collection and ship reusable libraries, CLIs, and tools.
•Launch “no-merge-if-slower” checks that flag or block regressions, including developer-friendly diff reports.
•Run end-to-end investigations to profile, reproduce, and eliminate systemic bottlenecks using Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse, and similar tools.
