•Provide first-line troubleshooting and field service for Canon Professional Print equipment, meeting SLAs and quality standards.
•Drive high first-time fix rates and minimize recalls through efficient use of labour time and parts.
•Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure clear, proactive service.
•Support team development by coaching/mentoring Service Engineers as needed and sharing best practices.
•Record all service activities accurately and ensure compliance with company guidelines while maintaining customer stocks and parts rotation as required.
