  • •3–5 years of experience in high-velocity environments (top-tier strategy consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth VC-backed startup), ideally with hands-on startup experience.
  • •Independent, proactive execution—identifying what needs to happen and moving it forward without waiting for direction.
  • •Ability to bring the right people in early, build cross-functional alignment with senior stakeholders, and manage multiple workstreams.
  • •Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to break down ambiguous problems, identify root causes, and turn data into actionable insights.
  • •Experience designing and executing analyses end-to-end, QA’ing work, and structuring recommendations with clear trade-offs, risks, and a preferred path.
