Job Summary

Serve as a full-time Lab/Clinical Nursing Faculty member focused on OB/Women’s Health, supporting both indirect and direct clinical instruction and student evaluation for pre-licensure nursing. Reinforce didactic content through clinical and lab application of nursing knowledge and skills, collaborate with faculty on student assessment, and participate in grading and performance check-offs. Stay current in nursing practice, maintain accreditation compliance, and travel to student clinical sites to observe performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Reinforce didactic content by teaching in the clinical and lab application of pre-licensure nursing knowledge and skills.
•Collaborate with content area faculty to evaluate and document student progress toward clinical and lab objectives.
•Grade written and Clinical/Lab performance check-offs.
•Maintain communication with program faculty and director, including attendance at select faculty meetings.
•Stay current with trends in nursing practice and maintain compliance with program accreditation requirements; travel to clinical sites to observe student performance.

Key Requirements

•Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) required.
•Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in OBGYN and Women’s Health nursing.

•Evidence of involvement in professional area (e.g., organizations, presentations, research, or publications).
