Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Program Manager in building and nurturing trust with customers through consistent, high-quality execution and clear stakeholder communication.
  • •Assist with strategic leadership by applying a consultant mindset to identify challenges, propose actionable solutions, and encourage continuous improvements aligned to customer experience.
  • •Help develop, maintain, and oversee project schedules; coordinate and allocate tasks and resolve roadblocks in collaboration with the Program Manager.
  • •Identify technical and organizational risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues appropriately while acting on behalf of the Program Manager when needed.
  • •Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and comply with regulatory guidelines; track program data, provide metrics/reporting insights, and support compliance with NASA policies and security requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and at least five (5) combined years of deputy program or project management experience.
  • •Experience supporting the NASA environment, customers, and solution development tailored to NASA mission needs.
  • •Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills, including conveying complex technical topics to diverse stakeholders.
  • •Proven experience supporting customer relationship management and mentoring/supporting remote teams with coordination and performance management.
  • •Experience with schedule creation, timeline tracking, deliverables management, metrics reporting, demonstrations, and virtual training; ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
