Own end-to-end biweekly payroll for 1,500+ multi-state U.S. employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with federal, state, and local requirements. Audit and reconcile payroll inputs, resolve discrepancies, manage employee payroll inquiries, and support payroll tax filings, W-2 processing, and year-end activities. Partner with Total Rewards, HR Ops & Systems, Finance, Accounting, and Benefits to process changes correctly and improve payroll processes as the company scales.
