•Communicates and aligns store teams with corporate priorities, providing feedback on challenges and acting as a liaison between stores and headquarters.
•Leads by example to inspire teams, cultivate culture, and ensure high performance across assigned stores.
•Develops and implements strategic plans to achieve or exceed sales targets, profitability goals, and company objectives.
•Ensures operational excellence across all stores by adhering to policies, visual merchandising standards, and operating procedures; maintains compliance with laws.
•Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate store managers, building a high-performance leadership pipeline and conducting regular store visits to assess efficiency and compliance.
