Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide personalized 1:1 support by answering learner questions and reviewing prior project submissions as needed.
  • •Deliver technical deep-dive sessions with slide presentations, including concept deep-dives and project walkthroughs.
  • •Host regular group Q&A sessions via Slack or video to address learner queries related to projects and coursework.
  • •Review and explain rubric expectations to help learners understand deliverables and common problem areas.
  • •Participate as an external part-time contractor to support Udacity programs and learners as initiatives arise.

Key Requirements

  • •Have 5+ years of hands-on experience in cloud/DevOps with strong AWS cloud fundamentals.

  • •Experience with AWS networking, load balancing, autoscaling, and security best practices.
  • •Use Infrastructure as Code with AWS CloudFormation and have proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • •Build and manage CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions) and understand serverless and microservices architectures.
