Job Summary

Provide technical leadership to design, develop, and maintain mainframe architecture for high-scale processing of large data volumes. Set and reinforce technical standards, assess current platform implementations, and plan upgrades to improve performance and uptime. Partner with operations, collaborate with peers and management on process improvements, and support issues in non-production and production through code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshooting. Lead junior and senior engineers through influence and mentoring.

•Provide thought and technical leadership for key initiatives.

•Participate in code review and unit testing and support issues in non-prod or production.

Key Requirements

•5+ years on CICS, COBOL, DB2, VSAM and JCL.
•5+ years CICS system knowledge.
•Good understanding of CICS Dynamic Transaction Routing process.
•Familiarity with DB2 tools and File-Aid, scheduler, and debugger tools.
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar subject.
