Key Responsibilities

  • •Strengthen safety culture through training and coaching aligned with ENAP’s safety and occupational health policy.
  • •Implement and monitor occupational health and safety programs aligned with client (ENAP) internal standards, national/international regulations (DS 594, ISO 45001, NFPA, OSHA).
  • •Advise project directors, technical administrators, and inspectors on occupational safety and health to support strategic decision-making.
  • •Identify and evaluate workplace risks and propose mitigation measures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • •Lead audits and inspections; verify on-site implementation of safety standards and coordinate emergency plans and incident/accident investigations with corrective and preventive actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional Engineering degree in Risk Prevention (Prevención de Riesgos) with SEREMI de Salud resolution (at least 5 years).
  • •At least 3 years’ experience in productive companies or engineering projects in high-risk industries (e.g., refineries, chemical plants, chemical products port).
  • •Knowledge and experience in management systems.
  • •Effective communication skills.
  • •Residency in the VIII Región.
