Key Responsibilities

  • •Own infrastructure strategy and roadmap, partnering with senior management to align initiatives with business priorities, risk tolerance, and AI-enabled innovation.
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop an infrastructure team; establish SOPs, escalation paths, and operational SLAs/SLOs; drive capacity planning and transformation.
  • •Oversee enterprise infrastructure operations across VMware, Windows Server, Linux, and major clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI), including cross-cloud governance and workload placement.
  • •Champion Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible) to standardize deployments and establish governance for identity, data foundations, and platform interconnectivity for enterprise AI.
  • •Ensure reliability and security through monitoring/observability, IAM/patching/zero-trust enforcement, incident response, and DR testing; manage budgets, vendors, and FinOps cost optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years in Systems/Cloud Engineering, with 3–5 years in a formal technical leadership or management role.
  • •Deep operational expertise with VMware vSphere/vCenter, Microsoft Windows Server administration (Active Directory, Group Policy), and enterprise Linux.
  • •Proven track record running production workloads across AWS, GCP, Azure, and OCI.
  • •Hands-on Infrastructure-as-Code experience with tools such as Terraform and Ansible (and/or Packer or cloud-native IaC).
  • •Strong knowledge of multi-cloud networking and security, plus experience designing/testing DR/BCP for hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
