Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day guidance/coaching to Research Assistants and Rating Analysts and help build capability in credit, data discipline, and tooling.
  • •Lead end-to-end execution for assigned credits, ensuring high-quality analysis and timely delivery, and own surveillance/updates for the assigned portfolio.
  • •Run credit models, analyze cash flows, and prepare/review inputs and outputs by reconciling metrics and documenting assumptions and changes to adhere to methodologies.
  • •Embed responsible, governed AI use by supporting the design/rollout of AI-enabled workflows and contributing to automation guardrails that keep material risk calls human-led.
  • •Engage external parties alongside senior team members and craft client/executive-ready narratives that translate complex analysis into clear implications for risk.
