Sales Manager (w/m/d) Defence & Security Domestic

Own the domestic defense & security sales mission by ensuring incoming orders meet budget targets and driving both existing-customer management and new customer acquisition. Evaluate project opportunities across technical, economic, and strategic dimensions, and lead capture activities by coordinating, creating, and tracking offers. Develop market strategy, identify cross/up-selling from the portfolio, and conduct contract and price negotiations. Represent the company in promotions, marketing actions, and conferences.
