Senior Claims Product Tester

Validate new claims system functionality, enhancements, and configuration changes to ensure high-quality releases for internal and external users. Execute manual and automated testing across Agile and Waterfall environments, maintain automated test suites, and support regression, pipeline, and end-to-end testing. Partner with Product, Technology, and Business stakeholders to verify user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria, identify defects and process gaps, and recommend improvements to reduce risk as the organization modernizes its testing practices.
