Team Leader - Medical Coding

Lead the day-to-day production and quality work of a team of medical coders to meet client production and coding accuracy goals, including maintaining a 95% coding quality accuracy rate. Monitor coder performance with key metrics, review production and QA reporting, mentor and coach team members, and run monthly meetings and annual evaluations. Escalate production/QA roadblocks to the Manager and support continuous improvement through audits and ongoing coding education.
