Job Summary

Support portfolio revenue growth for HSBC’s Credit Cards and Personal Loans within the unsecured retail lending framework. Key Responsibilities

•Support Product Manager by driving portfolio revenue growth projects, including optimization of pricing strategy and margin management across credit cards and personal loans.
•Support Portfolio Manager with customer lifecycle programs to improve activation, engagement, retention, and line increase.
•Enhance customer communication strategy and accelerate digital self-service adoption.
•Strengthen utilization of strategic programs (Pay-Everything, Balance Build, Flexi Loan) across digital channels.
•Support multiple strategic projects to accelerate portfolio growth, including BIN upgrade, customer re-activation, and card portfolio optimization.

Key Requirements

•Strong understanding of credit card and personal loan portfolio economics, pricing, and profitability drivers.
•Experience in portfolio management, strategic initiatives, or revenue growth programs.
•Strong analytical capability, with Excel and data visualization tools preferred.
•Ability to structure business cases and translate insights into commercial actions.
•Effective stakeholder management across Risk, Finance, Ops, and Digital teams.
